And how true it is. I am taking it to heart and incorporating this mentality into my paintings. I have been working on telling the stories of animals struggling to survive in a deteriorating world. To many, their stories are invisible, and the dire situations they have unwillingly been subjected to are also unknown or quickly forgotten. They deserve a voice and I hope to accomplish this with my new paintings.
